웰터 익스페리먼트 공식 사이트를 통해 구입한 제품에 한하여 제품 구매일 기준 2년간 무상으로 받을 수 있는 A/S 서비스입니다.

접수 시 손상된 부분의 사진과 손상된 시점의 정보를 첨부 및 작성해 주세요.

사용하지 않은 제품의 경우 환불 혹은 새 제품 교환으로 처리되며 사용한 제품의 경우 무상 A/S 서비스가 진행됩니다.

그 외 수선 불가한 제품의 경우 별도 개별 연락으로 안내드립니다.
(일부 무리한 사용 또는 고객 부주의로 인한 찢어짐 혹은 파손 등의 경우 서비스 불가합니다.)

입고일 및 제품의 종류에 따라 소요 기간은 다르며, 서비스팀 검수 후 개별 연락 안내드립니다.

This is a free A/S (After-Sales) service available for up to two years from the date of purchase, exclusively for products purchased through the official Welter Experiment website.

When submitting a request, please attach photos of the damaged area along with details of when the damage occurred.

Unused products are eligible for a refund or exchange for a new item, while used products will receive free A/S service. For items that cannot be repaired, we will provide individual guidance through separate contact.
(Please note that damage caused by excessive use or customer negligence, such as tearing or breakage, may not be eligible for service.)

The processing time may vary depending on the date of receipt and the type of product. After inspection by our service team, we will provide individual updates.
